prominent and largest financial groups for the
last 50 years. The group deals in all spheres of
insurance, and in the field of financial
instruments (the Phoenix owns 41% of Excellence
Nesua-investment house). The group manages on behalf of its
clients over NIS 42 billion, while maintaining a high yield – risk rate.

The main shareholders are: the Meir Group (58%)
and Delek Investments (25%). The Phoenix is rated AA by Ma’alot.

goals and for the well-being of the public,
granting donations amounting to NIS 2.3 million per annum.
